Non-Payment Complaint – Neo Partners

A formal public complaint is being issued regarding a recent partnership with Neo Partners (Slotneo TR), which began in December 2025. Aether Media entered into this agreement in good faith, operating without upfront prepayment based on industry trust.

During the active campaigns, the agency consistently delivered high-quality Facebook traffic and was repeatedly asked by the Neo Partners team to scale efforts. However, due to a sudden and sharp drop in conversion rates (CR) that resulted in mounting losses for the affiliate, Aether Media made the professional decision to pause traffic in January 2026.

As of late February 2026, the invoices for December and January remain entirely unpaid, totaling an outstanding balance of $43,153.

Despite multiple follow-ups to resolve the issue amicably, the assigned Affiliate Manager offered no concrete answers. He claimed only that he was “pushing internally” before redirecting the agency to the Neo Partners finance department. Since that redirection, the finance team has completely ignored all communications. No timeline, explanation, or accountability has been provided.

This matter is being made public to warn other affiliates about these business practices and to urge Neo Partners to take immediate action to process the rightful payment.
