Crown Resorts announces its new leadership members

Crown Resorts announced that it has appointed senior executives to key leadership roles to expand the company’s success and growth.

Previously worked as the CEO for Crown Perth, David Tsai will take on the role of President & Group COO in the integrated resort and entertainment group starting on August 1, 2024.

The CEO of Crown Sydney role will take Mr Stanford Le, following Mr Mark McWhinnie’s decision to retire.

Ms. Gemma Allman will be joining the company as the Chief Government Relations Officer for the team’s Government Affairs and Ms. Nicole Pelchen as the Chief Technology Officer.

Ms Louise Tebbutt will take the Chief People & Culture Officer’s role. She will be based in Melbourne and will bring her previous experience of 5 years.

Mr Carruthers thanked his old and gold colleges and welcomed the new members:

“I am delighted to announce David’s expanded role as President & Group Chief Operating Officer and would like to thank Mark McWhinnie for his significant efforts to Crown Resorts. Stanford, Gemma, Louise, and Nicole will be terrific additions to the team at an important time of transformation for the business.”

Mr Le and Ms Allman will start their journey with new roles in October, Ms. Tebbutt in September, and Ms. Nicole on August 12.
