DraftKings names new CFO and Chief Transformation Officer

The management staff of DraftKings has undergone changes.

Former Senior Vice President of Finance and Analytics Alan Ellingson has been promoted to CFO. Top priorities will be boosting shareholder value and helping the company meet its financial goals.

Former CFO Jason Park is now the Chief Transformation Officer. In this new role, he will spearhead initiatives to leverage innovative technology to boost operational effectiveness. In order to strengthen DraftKings’ standing in the US online gaming industry, the business plans to acquire Jackpocket, and he will be in charge of that deal as well.

Park and Ellingson have collaborated on financial issues for a number of years since joining DraftKings. Park’s expertise in private equity and background in finance and operational efficiency make him a good fit for his new position. Ellingson’s advancement to CFO is indicative of his proficiency in DraftKings’ financial tactics and his aptitude for optimizing value for shareholders.

In addition to stressing the company’s dedication to innovation and ethical gaming, DraftKings CEO and co-founder Jason Robins voiced confidence in the new leadership appointments. In order to encourage gamers to play responsibly, he also announced the launch of My Stat Sheet, a new tool.
