EasySwipe Product Suite Is Launched in Portugal
iGaming and sports betting operator Casino Portugal is the first in Portugal to receive EasySwipe HTML5 mobile-first game package by the Italian ESA Gaming.
Lightweight and entertaining games created for smartphones and tablets developed by the EasySwipe will be offered to Casino Portugal’s customers. Popular games like Fruit Staxx will be available for Portuguese players later this year.
The ESA Gaming director, Ms. Zorica Smallwood commented on the new partnership:
“Entering new markets is a key focus for us this year as we look to further expand the reach of our products. Portugal is a market of great potential and we are excited to make inroads into the country together with Casino Portugal, a leading and highly regarded local operator. We look forward to introducing our EasySwipe portfolio for the first time to their customers.”
This cooperation allowed ESA Gaming to receive a license to operate in Portugal and will facilitate the expansion in the Portuguese market.
The company representatives note the potential of the Portuguese iGaming industry stressing that the country’s online gambling market is already filled with a variety of options. However, they are assured that EasySwipe will have its niche market in Portugal by offering highly integrated mobile games to bookmakers.
Portugal’s fast-growing and exclusive market has only 15 iGaming affiliates. After the harsh lockdown at the end of the last year, online gambling profit grew by 58% during the Q4 of 2020. Slots are the most popular games in the country and make almost 1/3 of the games.
The Casino Portugal Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Mr. António Laranjo stressed the importance of the new deal for Casino Portugal:
