Elys enhances Playtech gaming content within Italy

Elys Game Technology, world leading iGaming and sports gambling platform provider, started to collaborate with Playtech, advanced supplier of live gambling software. Elys highlighted the importance of collaborations with world leading experts in its roadmap of advancement and growth.

As a result, Elys is to sign a contract with Playtech to integrate and expand its gaming product through the Newgioco subsidiary within the state.

Accordingly, the online casino of Elys currently involves 31 providers who deliver more than 1300 slots, 100 table and online dealer games for the residents of the country. The whole is to be delivered through the company’s branch Newgioco.

The president of Elys, Michele Ciavarella, stated:

“We are happy to enhance our platform by integrating Playtech’s igaming products to our subsidiary Newgioco. Our customers are now able to enjoy safe and trusted services due to the addition of Playtech’s advanced products.

“We hope to have substantial traffic by engaging current and new customers. In our ambitions of expanding into newly regulated markets it’s essential to build up strong strategic relationships with trusted industry giants.

What’s more, our company tends to expand its footprint in markets of Canada and the United States.”

Earlier in December, JKO was forced to set a deadline of 5pm on 5 January 2022 to either declare purchase proffer for Playtech or to renounce from the intention of firm acquisition.

It occurred when it was informed that JKO, run by Eddie Jordan and Keith O’Loughlin, ex-possessor of Formula 1 team together with former CEO of Scientific Games respectively, became the 3rd plaintiff of Playtech.

Yet, Aristocrat is leading suitors’ listing, offering £2.7billion for the company or 680 pence for each share.
