Entain purchases 365scores for £120m
Entain has recently acquired the media company 365scores for 120 million Pounds.
365scores is a market-leading media company focusing on various sports. The firm posts sports-related information such as scores, as well as other types of editorialized data-driven content and news articles. The company also offers sports-themed games on its website, which further engages its immense audience of over 15 million active users from all over the world.
Moreover, 365scores is one of the industry’s top five sports scores publications. Its extensive experience in sports content, combined with Entain’s market-leading worldwide offerings will deliver sports fans new and exciting experiences all around the globe.
In addition to the 120 million Pound sum, the operator may also need to pay up to 8 million Pounds in contingent payments. This acquisition will be expanding Entain’s portfolio of brands and will be giving the firm access to a vast new audience of sports fans.
