Fast Track’s new Head of HR revealed to be Jenny Arnell

Fast Track has named Jenny Arnell as its new Head of Human Resources as the company claims that it will be maintaining its retention of top talent.

Arnell will be transferring to Fast Track from Catena Media, where she acted as the Group HR Manager. At her new company, she will be in charge of the ‘digitalisation of HR functions’. Her main focuses will be on efficiency and scalability.

In a comment on her new position, Arnell stated:

I am delighted to start playing an active part in the continued success and advancement of Fast  Track, and I am looking forward to helping the leadership team foster an engaged, authentic and high-performing culture; making Fast Track a given destination for top talent.

Confirming Arnell’s appointment, Fast Track praised her ability to lead teams in ‘implementing best practices across all HR functions’. Throughout her career, the Head of HR has amassed experience in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits in addition to the development of company policies.

Co-founder and CEO of Fast Track Simon Lidzén also said:

We are very glad to have Jenny on board. We have an ambitious growth plan in front of us and her business acumen, mixed with her previous experience of supporting the growth of a small company to a large one, is exactly what we need to continue to attract and retain top talent.

Her recruitment comes after the latest eNPS survey in which Fast Track was given a score of 77, which is considered excellent, for the employee satisfaction category. Fast Track claims that filling the Head of HR role is incredibly important to the growth strategy of every company since this is the position that offers the support that each company needs as it grows and expands.

Jean-Luc Ferrière, the previous Microgaming CCO, officially joined Fast Track earlier this year, after he had formerly worked as a brand ambassador for the player engagement platform provider since October 2020.
