Flutter’s Chairman, Gary McGann, commented:

“We are excited to welcome John to our team. Having a wealth of experience working at major international corporations in higher-management positions makes him an excellent candidate for our board. I am quite thankful for my time as Flutter’s Chair, and I wish John and the team good luck. We will work together to ensure a seamless transition on the 1st of September.”

The new appointee, John Bryant, remarked:

“I am quite excited to have this opportunity to join Flutter’s professional team and be the successor to Gary, who played a prominent role in helping the company expand to where it is now. I am eager to work with the team to maintain and expand Flutter’s excellent growth momentum.”
