Flutter Entertainment has announced the appointment of Seema Padman as the General Manager of the company’s IT hub in Hyderabad, India.
On August 19, 2026, Padman was named to manage Hyderabad’s Global Capacity Centre (GGC), which was first opened in 2024 and currently operates as a $3.5 million-worth hub that employs more than 1,000 employees.
Padman commented on her appointment:
“I’ve seen first-hand the depth of talent, capability and ambition within the Hyderabad GCC. I’m looking forward to bringing those strengths together and working with our leaders to create an environment where both our people and our business can thrive. I’m excited about the opportunity ahead and about the contribution Hyderabad can make to Flutter’s global organisation.”
Padman has been working with Flutter GGC since it first opened as a People Leader, helping expand the centre and contributing to the company’s priority-setting strategies and resource management. As the General Manager, Padman will extend her role to also cover Flutter’s combined technology, product, talent, and global scale strategy, called Flutter Edge. She will additionally collaborate with the operator’s leadership team to improve the delivery of the group’s brands and capabilities.
Prior to joining Flutter, Padman built a strong background in technology, retail, and pharmaceuticals. She was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Epsilon and held roles at AstraZeneca.
