Flutter Entertainment forecasts strong 2025 with $17.08B

An international sports betting and gambling company, Flutter Entertainment, set ambitious plans for 2025, forecasting $3.18 billion in EBITDA on $17.08 billion in revenue.

That’s a robust 35% and 22% growth, respectively. Excluding recent acquisitions, like Italy’s Snai and Brazil’s NSX, those numbers still show solid growth at 14% and 30%.

Snai operations

The company recently closed its Snai deal and is finalizing its purchase of NSX, which includes Betnacional, the fourth-largest iGaming and online sportsbook in Brazil. Flutter paid $350 million for a 56% stake in NSX, aiming to boost its presence in Latin America’s largest market. Together, Snai and NSX are expected to add $120 million to Flutter’s 2025 EBITDA and $1.07 billion in revenue.

FanDuel operations

FanDuel remains the main growth driver, with US EBITDA now forecasted at $1.4 billion on $7.72 billion in turnover, though still below Wall Street’s optimistic projections. New launches in Missouri and Alberta could change 2025 earnings by $40 million and $90 million, respectively.

CEO Peter Jackson commented:

“Our business is resilient, and we believe Flutter’s historical performance is instructive. For example, during previous periods of consumer pressure in our International markets, we saw no discernible impact on our businesses, and we have conviction that online sports betting and iGaming have strong defensive characteristics over the long term.”

Flutter has also been active on the financial front, repurchasing $230 million in stock this year, with plans to hit at least $1 billion by year-end.
