Flutter has recently finalized the listing of its shares on the NYSE.

The company originally proposed to list its shares on the US-based stock exchange back in February of 2023. Some of the primary drivers for this move included expanding Flutter’s presence in the growing gambling market of the country to take advantage of the opportunities it offers, being able to access talent in the US more easily, and having access to a broader pool of potential investors.

Furthermore, the company had also mentioned the option of pursuing a primary listing in the United States as part of its reasons to list on the NYSE, which would provide Flutter with access to an expanded set of investment and growth opportunities. Following consultations with its existing and prospecting shareholders, the firm has announced that it is now pursuing this goal.

Along with being listed on the NYSE, Flutter’s shares are also available on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), which is the firm’s current primary listing platform. Additionally, the company recently confirmed that it has canceled its secondary listing on the Euronext Dublin stock exchange, making the NYSE and the LSE the two exchanges where investors can purchase Flutter’s shares.
