Four Casinos Blacklisted by Belgium’s Regulator

The Belgian gambling authorities have blacklisted four new non-licensed casino brands.

The four newly blacklisted brands are PH, Kajot, Locowin, and WestCasino.

The basis for blacklisting is for all four is the absence of a required licensing: i.e.: illegal operation in the jurisdiction of Belgium.

If the aforesaid casinos and the ones that were formally included in the regulator’s blacklist, which was first publicized in 2012, continue to operate in the Belgian gambling market without acquiring a special permission, they risk being penalized with fees worth from 100 up to 100,000 euros.

The customers of unauthorized casino websites are also at a risk of being penalized with fines from 26 up to 25,000 euros of worth.

Earlier this year, the The Belgian Gaming Commission had blacklisted around 20 more operators, including William Hill, Stake.com, Fastpay, Gemdom and many more.

The regulator operating in full capacity is surely a fair strategy to popularize Responsible Gaming in the country.
