GLI announces two new promotions

GLI has recently promoted Joseph Bunevith and Kelly Myers to new roles.

The gambling certification firm has recently announced two of its latest promotions, naming Joseph Bunevith the company’s Government Affairs VP and Kelly Myers the firm’s Government Affairs Director.

Bunevith has worked with GLI for about two years, before which he held numerous positions in the game development side of the iGaming sector. He also has a lot of experience in game and wagering management, having worked on retail gambling terminal software and on various betting projects.

Before joining the certification laboratory, Myers worked in the gambling regulatory bodies of various tribal operators for nearly two decades. Throughout her career, she has worked with major North American tribes in various higher-level positions, such as the Manager of Compliance and the Chair.

The CEO and President of GLI, James Maida, commented:

“As we are always looking to plan ahead for the future developments of the iGaming industry, we are excited to announce two of our latest promotions. Through advancing our regulatory affairs team, we will be able to expand our worldwide reach and deliver enhanced services to our clients.”

This latest announcement is part of GLI’s investment in an enhanced government relations team that will help the firm partner with an extended list of regulatory and government authorities to expand the reach of its certification solutions.
