GOAT Gaming to be acquired by Underdog Fantasy
GOAT Gaming – a sports betting software company, has been acquired by fantasy sports focused firm – Underdog Fantasy, as the latter’s sportsbook debut.
GOAT Gaming’s main current partner is Coingaming Group, which benefits from the sportsbook provider’s risk, event, and account management solutions and services.
Underdog Fantasy’s representative stated in a press release about the acquisition:
“We are happy to announce the acquisition of GOAT Gaming – a forward-thinking sports betting software supplier, the brilliant team behind which is going to play a crucial role in our debut in the sports betting industry.”
This is a turning point for the company, as they step foot into sports betting, which they assured are going to approach with the same enthusiasm and professionalism as they did for fantasy sports, in order to create high-quality and outstanding sports betting products.
Underdog, being a relatively new company in the global iGaming industry, founded in 2020, is marking a real milestone with this acquisition.
The company mentions some of its world-famous investors, including rap stars Future and Nas, as well as NBA icon Kevin Durant, and NFL legend Jared Goff, and others.
