North Carolina-based software and gaming content provider – Grover Gaming, has secured an asset acquisition deal with global supplier of equipment controls – Digital Dynamics Inc.

The acquisition will see Grover Gaming introduce Digital Dynamics-owned SAS-operated iGaming systems and other features to its online casino software assets.

Furthermore, the firm will enlarge its market presence in Chicago.

Grover Gaming’s CEO – Garrett Blackwelder, commented on the addition:

“We see this acquisition as a key step in our strategic expansion journey.

Knowing how good of a name Digital Dynamics and the team of professionals behind it have in the international iGaming industry, we are confident that this will be super beneficial from both of our ends, and we are looking forward to it.”

The newly integrated SAS-operated assets will boost the company’s entire software portfolio, including bonus features, live, multi-title, and other systems, as well as boosted tracking, reporting and other reward systems.

Based North Carolina, Grover Gaming works on developing iGaming software, gaming systems and content, and will further expand via this partnership with the iGaming software supplier.
