Gregory joined Hacksaw in April 2022 as senior compliance manager and has been chief compliance officer for the past two years, sitting on group management since January 2025. She previously held compliance roles at Bethard Group. Cordes, operational CEO since February 2022, will work alongside her until December 1 to hand over the role.
Philippa Gregory, Operational CEO of Hacksaw Gaming, said:
“I know this company, I know our people, and I see significant potential ahead. My priority as operational CEO is to continue strengthening our core business, with clear accountability, disciplined execution and a firm focus on profitable growth.”
Chief commercial officer Luke Hammett, who has been with the supplier since its early years, also joins the group management team.
The changes were announced alongside Hacksaw’s third-quarter results. Revenue rose 12% year-on-year to €58.1 million, adjusted EBITDA grew 15% to €48.3 million and profit for the period increased 18% to €45.7 million. Growth slowed compared with recent quarters, which the company linked to a weaker-performing game mix that it expects to normalize in the coming months.
