Hard Rock launches $850M San Juan integrated resort project
Hard Rock is about to enter the Puerto Rico market with an $850 million integrated resort project in San Juan.
Construction is planned to begin in mid-2026, with the resort scheduled to open in 2029. The project is conducted in collaboration with Misla Hospitality, Stonecrest Investment Management, and the Interfin Companies and will be Hard Rock’s first hotel, casino, and residential complex in Puerto Rico.

The property is designed by Klai Juba Wald and CMA Architects and will have gaming facilities, event venues, a recording studio, and full-service restaurants and bars. It’s expected to create over 2,500 construction jobs and 1,250 permanent jobs after the launch.
