Håvard Lehn becomes Group CEO of Nordic.Partners
Nordic.Partners has introduced a new leadership structure as part of its long-term growth strategy. The changes are designed to support closer collaboration across the group while allowing each business to continue developing independently.
As part of the restructuring, company founder Håvard Lehn has taken on the role of Group CEO, where he will manage the long-term strategy and development of Nordic.Partners, AffCollect, and Princeps.
In his new position, Lehn will focus on identifying growth opportunities, developing the group’s strategic direction, and strengthening cooperation between its affiliate, technology, and advisory businesses.
Commenting on the changes, Håvard Lehn said:
“As our companies have grown, it became clear that we needed a structure that allows each business to develop independently while working more closely together. As Group CEO, my role is to concentrate on long-term strategy, innovation, as well as ensuring we’re building an enduring ecosystem across all three companies. This structure enables our leadership teams to stay focused on execution while we continue investing in growth and new opportunities.”
As part of the new structure, Sara Hägge has been appointed CEO of Nordic.Partners. She will lead the company’s daily operations, manage partner relationships, and support its continued expansion.
The updated leadership model brings the group’s businesses under a shared strategic direction while allowing each company to focus on its own area of expertise. Nordic.Partners, AffCollect, and Princeps will continue working together to deliver affiliate services, technology solutions, and advisory support for partners in the industry.
