Holland Casino appoints Petra de Ruiter as their new CEO

Holland Casino is replacing their present chief executive officer Erwin van Lambaart with Petra de Ruiter.

Petra, who is the COO of Transavia, will take on the new job from September, though her appointment still needs to be approved.

She has been working with Transavia from 1998 where she had different jobs and for Air France-KLM as well. She is also experienced in the aviation sector, as she has been working in that field nearly her whole life.

Formerly she was the V.P. of Cabin Operations.

Though for so many people appointing an airline executive as head of an online casino company, Willem Bröcker, who is the chairperson of the board at Holland Casino, is sure of her skills.

“Her abilities of guest experience and operational excellence perfectly fit for the qualities of our new chief. We are working in a strictly managed place and in a complicated stakeholder’s sphere. Tested proficiency is crucial for us.”

expressed W. Bröcker.

“I cannot wait to meet with my new coworkers. I am thankful to Transavia and all of its workers for the time that I have spent there. However, I am eager for my new job and new challenges.”

Petra expressed her excitement.
