Indiana betting revenue shows huge increase in November 2025

The Indiana Gaming Commission reported that sportsbooks generated $69.1 million in revenue in November 2025, a 57.3% increase from October 2025.

Revenue remained mostly stable on a year-on-year basis, with November 2025 reporting a 0.7% increase compared with November 2024’s $68.6 million.

Users placed around $614 million in bets during November 2025, surpassing October 2025’s $538 million record by 14.2%.

Improved operator performance could be the reason behind the strong monthly increases; however, year-on-year statistics show that the market is steadily maturing, despite short-term fluctuations.

FanDuel online sportsbook had the highest monthly handle of $215 million, while DraftKings came in second with $207 million.

Betting handle also rose from $611.6 million in October 2025 to $640.99 million in November 2025, a 4.3% month-on-month increase.

The rise in revenue was followed by higher tax contributions, as sports betting generated $6.5 million in tax receipts in November 2025. Added to the $22.4 million in tax revenue accumulated during the first five months of 2025, Indiana already marks being $1.7 million ahead of 2024’s pace.

The results show that Indiana holds an important position in the sports betting market within the wider US landscape. The positive changes are attributed to consistent betting activity and operators’ strategic performance during peak sporting periods.
