Janice Duncan appointed as Finance Director of evoke
evoke has confirmed the appointment of Janice Duncan as its new Group Finance Director, with Duncan joining the company from online casino brand Casumo.
Duncan’s most recent role was the position of CFO at Casumo, which she took up in 2023. Prior to this, she worked at Coral for five years, then joined William Hill in 2018, after which she moved to Rank Interactive as CFO in 2020. Before starting her career in the gaming industry back in 2013, Duncan worked at National Australia Group and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Her appointment comes at a time when evoke is in the middle of takeover talks with Bally’s Intralot, and it’s expected that she will offer her expertise in senior finance and assess the options for a partial or full sale of the company.
Duncan commented on her appointment:

Referencing the £225 million acquisition proposal from Bally’s Intralot, evoke first confirmed the takeover discussions in April 2026, as the initial deadline of May 18 has been postponed to June 8.
