Kindred’s CFO, Johan Wilsby, has recently announced his upcoming departure from the firm.

Wilsby joined Kindred as the company’s CFO back in the fall of 2020 and has contributed significantly to its expansion strategy over his tenure. The firm has already initiated the search for a potential replacement for him, as Wilsby is going to be leaving the company in a few months in the fall.

Kindred’s CEO, Henrik Tjarnstrom, commented:

“Kindred is growing rapidly in numerous markets all around the world, and Johan has helped us immensely with facilitating our expansion through executing our long-term strategic goals. It has been quite a pleasure working with him, as he is an excellent colleague and has demonstrated his leadership skills through the most challenging of times. I would like to express my gratitude toward Johan for his time with us and wish him good luck.”

In April, the firm published its first quarterly financial performance analysis of the year, which highlighted Kindred’s healthy expansion as it doubled its EBITDA figure in comparison to the same period in 2022. Earlier this month, the company expanded its in-house technology platform to the US state of New Jersey, further driving its international growth.
