Kaizen Gaming names new Chief Commercial Officer
Kaizen Gaming declared the recruitment of Julio Iglesias Hernando for the role of Chief Commercial Officer, who will be brining significant executive experience to the company, since he had previously acted as Chief Marketing Officer for William Hill and Mr Green. During his time in these companies, he was responsible for 12 international markets outside of the US and UK.
Aside from his extensive experience in bookmaking and iGaming, Hernando has also assumed roles with blue chip companies including the likes of Heineken, Phillip Morris and Kellogs.
His recruitment at Kaizen comes as a part of the firm’s strategy to acquire international experience within its current management team as it progresses with the growth of its Betano brand. Hernando’s main duty will be to improve Kaizen’s commercial and CRM abilities.

Right now, Kaizen operates in six countries through the Stoiximan brand in Greece and Cyprus and the Betano brand in Germany, Portugal, Brazil and Romania.
Moreover, the company has created a powerful sports sponsorship portfolio with multiple competitions, clubs and athletes, including Brasilero Serie A team Atlético Mineiro.
