Kindred co-founder Ström expands share in Kambi
Ström and Veralda now obtain 649,624 of Kambi’s shares, investing SEK147.1m (£12.2m) after multiple transactions.
Veralda purchased 777,624 shares in three installments: October 27-29, November 12-16, and November 19.On November 18, however, the firm liquidated 125,000 shares while discontinuing an endowment insurance coverage.
With the acquisition of Kambi’s 6,078,188 shares, Anders Ström’s investment firm now owns 19.57 percent of the company. The preceding occurred once Veralda reduced its shareholding to 17.5 percent, a 2.2 percent decrease. The price per share was SEK462, resulting in roughly SEK312m in revenues.
Kambi’s earnings, as of the last month’s estimate, increased more than twice the amount to last year’s during Q3 of its fiscal year 2021, with revenue up by 48.0 percent.
Sales for the quarter, ended September 30, increased 133.3 percent to €41.6 million, rising from €28.1 million in the same time the previous year, while net profit increased 133.3 percent to €11.9 million.
