Ladbrokes is Liverpool’s new Global Betting Partner

With a newly signed agreement, Ladbrokes becomes the Global Betting Partner of Liverpool in the UK and Northern Ireland.

Ladbrokes Coral, simply known as Ladbrokes, is an Entain-owned British gambling company, founded in 1886. The company offers different gambling products, such as sports betting, online casinos, online poker, and online bingo.

With this partnership, announced on August 23, Ladbrokes’ logo will feature on the LED advertising boards around the pitch at both Anfield Stadium and Liverpool Women’s St Helen’s Stadium, and the partnership will also support local communities through Entain’s grassroots sports investment program. It aims to expand grassroots football in Liverpool and nearby areas.

Entain chief commercial officer Sameer Deen commented on the news:

“Across our Entain brands, we are committed to working with partners that share our values and help build and enhance customer trust. In Liverpool, we have found the perfect match – sharing great heritage, ambition, and a strong commitment to serving our communities.”

Liverpool’s chief commercial officer, Ben Latty, also expressed his excitement over the news:

“This new partnership also enables Ladbrokes to continue driving forward with its local community work, using football to increase physical and mental wellbeing, particularly in areas of high social deprivation.”

This new partnership will follow the Premier League’s Code of Conduct for Gambling-Related Agreements in Football. Introduced just before this season, the code shows the importance of protection, social responsibility, reinvestment, and integrity in all club partnerships with gambling companies.
