LeoVegas Group boosts brand awareness by signing a new agreement with Manchester City, one of the Premier League football teams.

According to the new contract LeoVegas is going to become the club’s official betting partner around Canada and Europe.

The logo of the company is going to be added on the sleeves of the team’s training kit, and it will also be showcased in not only the Etihad but also in the Academy Stadiums. Additionally, with the bran, fans are going to be given the opportunity to win exclusive experience at the stadium during the matchdays.

“We are very honored to be given the chance to partner with a well-respected football team like Manchester City, and we are even happier to get the opportunity to give clients a special experience. The club is massive in the sports industry and has a similar mentality just like our brand. With this collaboration we have the chance to keep growing worldwide.”

commented Gustaf Hagman, the brand’s CEO.

“We cannot wait to cooperate with one another in order to bring our fans and clients closer to our team. Moreover, we are very happy that with this union we will keep growing all around Canada and Europe by attracting more people globally.”

said Dina Ahmad, the football club’s VP of Global Partnership Sales.

It is important to note that this collaboration comes at an uncertain time, as the Premier League team are asked to stop cooperating with gambling companies. Back in summer the shareholders of the league had a meeting where they had a discussion about the matter, but the final decision was not made.

The Big Step, which is a campaign made for putting an end to the partnerships between betting companies and football teams, stated that the ban might be impossible as three-quarters of Premier League teams have contracts signed with betting brands.
