MGM Resorts’ MGM Live casino programming with Playtech
MGM Resorts International plans to launch live casino programming under the new MGM Live brand.
The content will be streamed live from MGM Grand and Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, thanks to a partnership with Playtech. Content such as single-zero and double-zero roulette, as well as baccarat, will be licensed in regulated markets outside of the United States.
MGM intends to expand its offering with exclusive access to a variety of Playtech games, branded TV gameshows, and celebrity-hosted trivia shows.
MGM CEO and President Bill Hornbuckle stated that the move into live casino reinforces their commitment to creating outstanding experiences and broadens their worldwide reach.
Hornbuckle added:
“We believe the content, celebrity talent and sophisticated gaming experience that we will offer – all from the trusted and highly reputable brands of MGM Resorts – will be unmatched in the industry.”
Playtech CEO Mor Weizer said:
