Nordic Partners Gaming launches with AM Gaming deal

Nordic Network Ltd announced the launch of Nordic Partners Gaming (NPG), a Malta-based esports and gaming company, and the acquisition of the professional Counter-Strike 2 team AM Gaming.

As part of the transition, AM Gaming will begin operating under the name NPG, accompanied by a complete brand refresh. The rebrand includes a new visual identity, updated team apparel, a redesigned online presence, and a revised content strategy.

The newly formed Nordic Partners Gaming (NPG) aims to bridge the gap between the esports and iGaming industries. Many esports organisations and content creators have built loyal communities but continue to face challenges in generating stable, long-term revenue to support their teams, content, and future growth. Meanwhile, licensed iGaming operators are increasingly interested in reaching gaming audiences but often need experienced partners with strong industry knowledge and connections.

By bringing together Nordic Partners’ background in iGaming, affiliate marketing, commercial partnerships, and international business development with Fabian Broich’s experience in esports management and extensive industry network, NPG is positioned to help both sides build lasting commercial relationships.

Håvard Lehn, Group CEO of Nordic Network Ltd, said:

“Esports organizations and gaming creators need dependable partnerships that allow them to invest, plan ahead, and build sustainable businesses. Many iGaming companies recognize the potential of gaming audiences but need credible guidance on organizations, creators, and commercial opportunities. NPG will bring these worlds together.”

Fabian Broich has joined Nordic Partners Gaming as Director, taking charge of the company’s esports strategy, partner network, and commercial growth initiatives.

Drawing on over 10 years of experience in professional esports, Broich will work to bridge the gap between esports organizations, creators, and regulated iGaming brands. His role will focus on building sustainable partnerships, helping operators better understand esports communities, and creating authentic collaborations that connect with audiences while maintaining responsible industry standards.

Broich said:

“Organizations and creators need more than visibility. They need dependable revenue, professional commercial structures, and partners who understand the industry.”

The acquired AM Gaming roster will become the competitive foundation of NPG’s Counter-Strike 2 division. The team has progressed from outside the top 200 to the top-60 region within months.

Lehn said:

“Our immediate priority is to stabilize the roster and provide the professional structure the players need. From there, the objective is to continue improving and climb further in the world rankings.”

NPG will support the roster through player development, tournament participation, content production, sponsorships, and long-term commercial planning.

Further announcements regarding the NPG brand, roster, creator collaborations, competitive schedule, and commercial partnerships will be shared through the company’s official channels.
