North Carolina betting handle posts nearly 24% November gain
The November 2025 North Carolina sports betting market showed strong growth and a great deal of potential for further development.
The state’s betting handle for the month was $813.97 million, which is a huge 23.8% increase over November 2024’s $657.7 million figure. The handle was quite stable in comparison to the previous month, just over $811.4 million.
The revenue also reports increases, having gone up by 19% both year-on-year (from $78.1 million to $92.9 million) & compared to the month before.
Sports betting tax revenues in North Carolina increased 19%, increasing from $14.1 million to $16.7 million.
According to the latest figures from the North Carolina State Lottery Commission, promotional handle reached $22.3 million, up from $19 million in November 2024.
