Phillip Pistauer appointed as Singular’s new Head of Account Management
iGaming platform provider Singular has announced the appointment of their most recent team member: Phillip Pistauer who will be assuming the role of the new Head of Account Management.
This recent appointment of Pistauer is a part of Singular’s strategic improvement of its Customer Relationship Management division. His role is supposed to deliver ‘a bespoke approach tailored to each client’.
Pistauer’s addition to the team will be providing the long-term direction for proactively addressing the unique market challenges posed by large number of regulations across many different jurisdictions.
“I am excited to have joined Singular, a company with a strong technical background and industry experience looking to expand further in the casino and sports betting world,” said Pistauer, celebrating the new role. “The growth of regulated markets has created a requirement for flexible platform solutions as well as a new approach to platform operations and business relationships. It’s the right time for the company to take the next steps in customer acquisition and strengthening our existing, ongoing client relationships.”
Pistauer, who has seven years of experience in the online casino industry, will be stationed in Singular’s Malta office. Through this role, he will be responsible of the coordination with existing clients and new acquisitions in order to build a ‘proactive service that will help both the company and its partners to reach new heights’.
