Playson secures Peru licence

Digital entertainment provider Playson has been granted a B2B gambling license for Peru.

As of February, new regulations were introduced compelling Playson to work tirelessly for compliance with new regulations set by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism. To guarantee that the company was obeying such strict regulations, Felicia Andronic (Playson’s general counsel), Martyna Scieszka (head of compliance), and Tamas Kusztos (CCO) closely collaborated.

Playson CCO Tamas Kusztos said:

“As we seek to bring more engaging experiences to players in new markets, obtaining a license in Peru is a significant strategic move. The market stands out as one of the most promising in the LatAm region and we look forward to establishing a prominent position in the country.”

In response to the new regulations, Playson has managed to adjust its activities to comply with the strict standards put in place by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism. The partnership of Felicia Andronic, Martyna Scieszka, and Tamas Kusztos highlights that Playson is committed both to abiding by laws and excelling at their business, hence making it a good candidate for survival in the regulated industry.
