On September 10, 2026, Polymarket announced the appointment of Warren Jenson as the prediction market operator’s first Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
In the new position, Jenson is set to report directly to the CEO of Polymarket, Shayne Coplan, and will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, capital strategy, and long-term planning. Previously, Jenson held similar roles at Amazon, Electronic Arts, NBC, and Delta Air Lines, and currently continues to serve on the boards of Dropbox, Ripple, and DigitalOcean.
Polymarket CEO Shayne Coplan commented:

Jenson shared on his new appointment:

More recently, Jenson held the role of CFO and President at Nielsen, and served as President of LiveRamp.
The latest appointment comes as Polymarket is in the process of an initial public offering (IPO) that’s expected to take place in 1 or 2 years.
