Raketech revenue drops 46% in Q4 2024

Raketech, a leading iGaming affiliate and marketing company, has published its financial results for Q4 2024, reporting a significant revenue decline from €22.8 million to €12.3 million.

When compared to the same period results of 2023, this is a decline of 46%. Even when excluding the €1.3 million from the company’s divested advisory business, the organic decline remains significant.

Adjusted EBITDA dropped by 47%, reaching €3.2 million, with the EBITDA margin dropping from 33% to 26%. Operating profit dropped to €1.2 million, down from €3.3 million in Q4 2023, while net profit came in at €0.5 million, a significant drop from €2.0 million the year before.

For the whole year 2024, revenue totaled €48.8 million, down 14% from €56.9 million in 2023. Adjusted EBITDA stood at €16.7 million (2023: €22.5 million), while operating profit fell to €6.9 million (2023: €11.4 million).

North American revenue vs. global declines

Despite global declines, Raketech’s North American revenue grew 9% YoY to €3.7 million, making up 30% of total revenue. Meanwhile, subscription revenue reached €1.6 million (13% of total revenue), reflecting stability in income streams.

Raketech is positioned to score goals in 2025

For 2025, Raketech plans to strategically improve its efficiency, hoping to highlight milestones in its Q1 report.

Raketech reaffirmed its February 4, 2025, trading update, stating:

“Following a challenging year, we have thoroughly evaluated our Affiliation Marketing assets and their alignment with Raketech’s established commercial and operational strengths. This will enable the company to concentrate more on strategic partnerships, exclusive commercial agreements with operators, and the development of AffiliationCloud.”

Despite revenue declines, Raketech continues to invest in tech-driven affiliate solutions and North American market growth.
