Interview with Dror Zabar – Account Manager at Buzz Affiliates

In this interview with AffPapa, Buzz Affiliates‘ Account Manager, Dror Zabar, shared what makes the affiliate program stand out and what it does especially well, explained what challenges affiliates face most, and revealed what expansion strategies Buzz Affiliates is planning to implement.

Yeva: Buzz Affiliates works with partners from many different markets. From your experience, what do you think makes affiliates choose your program over others?

I think affiliates choose Buzz Affiliates because they quickly feel that they are working with a team that is genuinely invested in their success.

We are very hands-on, responsive, and commercially driven. We do not just provide a tracking link and wait for results. We work closely with our partners, help them understand which markets and brands are performing best, and actively look for ways to improve conversion and scale their traffic.

Another major advantage is that we offer several strong brands under one affiliate program. With NovaJackpot, SpiNight, and VegaZone, our partners have more flexibility, more testing opportunities, and a wider range of products to match with their audiences.

Most importantly, we focus on building real relationships. Affiliates know they can reach us, speak openly with us, and receive fast and practical support. That combination of strong brands, personal account management, reliable cooperation, and long-term thinking is what makes our program stand out.

Yeva: As an account manager, you’re in regular contact with affiliates. What are the questions or challenges you hear most often?

The main questions are usually around performance and growth.

Affiliates want to know which markets are converting best, which brand is the strongest fit for their traffic, what offers they should promote, and how they can improve their registration-to-deposit conversion.

They also ask about payment methods, player value, retention, commission models, tracking, and how quickly we can support them when something needs attention.

The positive part is that these conversations often lead to new opportunities. Sometimes a small adjustment, such as changing the brand, landing page, offer, placement, or market focus, can make a significant difference.

My role is to help affiliates find those opportunities. We want our partners to feel that they are not making decisions alone. They have a team behind them that is reviewing the data, sharing insights, and helping them push performance forward.

Yeva: With the affiliate industry changing so quickly, what do affiliates value the most when choosing an affiliate program today compared to a few years ago?

Today, affiliates look for much more than just the highest CPA or revenue-share percentage.

They want a program that is reliable, transparent, responsive, and capable of delivering strong long-term value. They care about conversion, retention, player quality, stable payments, accurate tracking, and having an account manager who understands their business.

Affiliates are also much more data-driven than before. They want fast feedback, clear reporting, and practical recommendations that can help them optimise and scale.

That is where Buzz Affiliates is very strong. We combine competitive commercial opportunities with close personal support and access to multiple brands. We are able to test, adapt, and find the right setup for each partner rather than offering the same solution to everyone.

Yeva: Buzz Affiliates promotes multiple brands like NovaJackpot, SpiNight, and VegaZone under one program. How do you help affiliates decide which brands are the best fit for their audience?

We begin by understanding the affiliate source and their traffic.

We look at their main markets, acquisition channels, player profile, device split, promotional style, and previous performance. Based on that, we can recommend the brand that we believe has the strongest potential for their audience.

Each of our brands offers a different experience and can perform differently depending on the market and traffic source. This gives us a major advantage because we are not limited to one product.

We can test NovaJackpot, SpiNight, and VegaZone, compare the results, and then focus more strongly on the best-performing combination. We review registrations, first-time depositors, deposit value, retention, and overall player quality.

This creates more opportunities for the affiliate. Instead of asking whether the traffic works with one brand, we can work together to find the brand, market, and offer that produces the strongest results.

Yeva: Looking at the company itself, what do you think Buzz Affiliates does especially well that isn’t always obvious from the outside?

One thing that is not always visible from the outside is how closely our teams work together behind every affiliate partnership.

Account management is connected with CRM, VIP, payments, operations, marketing, and business intelligence. This gives us a much broader understanding of performance.

We are not only looking at clicks, registrations, or first-time deposits. We are also analysing what happens afterwards: how players deposit, how they engage with the brand, whether they remain active, and where there is room to improve.

That internal cooperation allows us to provide affiliates with more meaningful insights and faster solutions.

We are also very flexible and action-oriented. When we identify an opportunity, we move quickly. Whether it is testing a new market, preparing a tailored offer, changing the brand mix, or improving the funnel, we are always looking for the next way to help our partners grow.

Yeva: Affiliate marketing is becoming more competitive every year. What do you think separates the programs that continue to grow from those that struggle?

The strongest programs are the ones that understand that affiliates are business partners, not simply traffic sources.

Successful programs provide strong products, reliable payments, responsive support, transparent reporting, and commercial flexibility. But beyond that, they help affiliates develop.

Signing an affiliate is only the first step. The real value comes from helping that partner launch successfully, understand their performance, test new opportunities, and scale sustainably.

The programs that struggle are often too passive. They expect the affiliate to do all the work and only focus on the final numbers.

At Buzz Affiliates, we believe growth should be a shared process. We stay involved, communicate regularly, and continuously look for ways to create more value for both sides. That mindset is essential in such a competitive industry.

Yeva: Is there a recent change or initiative at Buzz Affiliates that you’re especially excited about?

I am especially excited about the way we are expanding our data-driven approach across all three brands.

We are putting even more focus on understanding the full player journey, from the first click and registration through to deposits, retention, and long-term value.

This means we can give affiliates more detailed and useful feedback. We can identify which markets, placements, brands, and player segments have the greatest potential and build a clearer growth plan together.

I am also very excited about the continued development of VegaZone alongside NovaJackpot and SpiNight. Having three brands within the same program gives us more flexibility and allows us to offer partners a wider range of opportunities.

For affiliates, this means more products to test, more markets to explore, and more ways to scale without needing to start a completely new partnership.

Yeva: Finally, if someone were considering joining the Buzz Affiliates program today, what would you want them to know about the company before anything else?

I would want them to know that Buzz Affiliates is a program that genuinely wants its partners to succeed.

We offer three exciting brands, competitive commercial opportunities, reliable cooperation, and direct access to an experienced and highly motivated team.

We are easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and always open to testing new ideas. We understand that every affiliate is different, so we take the time to find the right brand, market, and strategy for each partner.

We are ambitious, we are growing, and we are always looking for strong affiliates who want to grow with us.

For anyone looking for a long-term partnership, multiple brand opportunities, and a team that will actively support their business, Buzz Affiliates is a very strong place to be.
