Raketech sells non-core US betting assets

Raketech, a leading iGaming affiliate and marketing company, has announced the sale of its US Tipster business to focus on its core strategy.

The sale targets famous betting advice sites Winnersandwhiners.com, Picksandparlays.net, and Statsalt.com. These assets were valued at €1 million, meaning Raketech will report earnings of €300,000 for Q2 2025. However, most of the earnings have already been used, a result of earlier operating losses of €500,000 and €200,000 in advisor fees related to the deal.

The sale is valued at €1.25 million ($1.44 million) and is expected to be completed by the end of June 2025.  The payment will be made in three parts:

  1. €450,000 at the time of closing
  2. €350,000 after 9 months
  3. €450,000 after 18 months

The amount is fixed and guaranteed.

This move follows Raketech’s earlier sale of its US offline sales operations in 2024 for $2.25 million. Both sales are part of a strategic shift from less scalable business models toward digital growth.

Raketech’s US presence

Raketech maintains its presence in the US mainly with its AffiliationCloud platform. The company aims to record future growth by means of affiliate marketing partnerships, publisher networks, and exclusive commercial agreements.

CEO Johan Svensson explained:

“AffiliationCloud is now at the core of how we operate, and we continue to focus on our growth drivers, including the entrepreneurial partnerships within Affiliation Marketing and the expansion of our Publisher Networks and exclusive commercial operator deals within SubAffiliation. This divestment supports our strategic focus on the company’s platform-first approach and our commitment to financial discipline by discontinuing operations in areas outside our key commercial strengths.”

With this move, Raketech aims to strengthen its core digital and platform-driven operations.
