ReferOn launches “Evolution Cohort” analysis framework
The modern affiliate management platform ReferOn has launched a new analysis framework called Evolution Cohort, which aims to give operators and affiliates a clear and long-term view of player value, retention, and monetization.
Evolution Cohort is now available on ReferOn’s Dynamic Reports module and marks the first step in the platform’s strategy of deep cohort intelligence.

Evolution Cohort is designed to help understand how performance develops during a player’s lifetime, as teams are able to identify patterns that are hidden behind aggregated totals.
Evolution Cohort gives the ability to:
- Track cohort performance by registration date or FTD date
- Analyze value progression across configurable time buckets (day/week/month)
- Switch easily between table (heatmap) and chart-based evolution views
The framework uses filtering logic that allows precise segmentation by company, brand, affiliate, and CPA period. To additionally make sure that the feature meets the standards of iGaming operators, Evolution Cohort supports the following metrics:
- Deposits & Net Cash
- Total Reward
- FTD Count
- Active Customers
- Depositing Customers
- CPA Count
- Average deposit and more
With heatmaps to track deviations and charts to compare lifecycles, the framework creates a smoother workflow with real insights.
The Evolution Cohort release is the first one of the two planned cohort analysis modes in the ReferOn ecosystem, with the initial launch focusing on time-based evolution and the future phase expanding into behavioral and performance-based logic.
