The update is now live platform-wide for all clients, existing and new, and creates a centralized, traceable record of activity that operators managing multiple brands can rely on to avoid the kind of untracked changes that lead to partner disputes or compliance problems.
The feature consolidates every action taken on the platform into one searchable dashboard. Whether it’s a commission structure being modified or a new payment method being added, administrators can track who made the change, when it happened, and where it originated.
Filtering across 130+ platform actions
Built with enterprise-level security and high-volume operations, the Audit Logs interface is designed to stay fast even under heavy use, letting administrators set their search parameters before running a query rather than pulling everything at once.
Activity can be filtered by any of more than 130 system-defined actions, by HTTP request method, or by specific managers and affiliates. A dedicated setup panel also allows for more targeted compliance checks, narrowing results by identifiers such as Partner, Company, Media item, Affiliate group, Marketing source, Fixed fee, or Payment ID.
Clicking into any individual entry opens a full backend view, including exact timestamps for both when an event occurred and when it was logged, plus user attribution connected to a specific username, User ID, and active session. For more thorough investigations, the system also maps out the request’s network route, URL, IP address, and geographic location down to the city level. Administrators can review the raw JSON payload line by line to confirm structural changes, and export filtered logs to CSV when needed for external audits.

The overall goal is to remove guesswork from platform management, and with every action traceable back to its source, operators can resolve partner disputes faster, simplify compliance reviews, and maintain consistent data integrity for all their brands.
