Reported police raid at Royal Partners Minsk office sparks uncertainty
According to reports from industry Telegram channels, there was a police or security raid at at least one of Royal Partners’ offices in Minsk, with several employees reportedly briefly detained during the operation.
Later updates shared in the same channels suggest that most of the questioned employees were released after questioning. However, Royal Partners hasn’t come up with any official statement yet commenting on the incident.
Staff working remotely for the company are said to remain in contact with each other, but they have not publicly commented on the situation either. It is believed that non-disclosure agreements may be preventing them from speaking openly about the matter.
At this stage, the reason for the reported raid remains unknown as neither the company nor the authorities in Belarus have confirmed whether any investigation is taking place.
However, according to industry professionals, it is expected to see the impact of the raid on the company’s affiliate payment systems.
