Richard Dennys steps down from Game Lounge CEO role
Richard Dennys, the Chief Executive Officer of Game Lounge, a tier-1 data-driven global iGaming affiliate, has announced stepping down from his position on March 24, 2026.
Dennys was appointed as CEO of Game Lounge in February 2024, taking over the role from founder Jonas Cederholm. Prior to joining Game Lounge, Dennys worked at Tech City UK, Moonfruit, Azimo, and the UK affiliate marketing network Webgains for eight years.
Dennys wrote on LinkedIn:
“I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and grateful to have worked with such a talented and committed team across multiple countries. To everyone at Game Lounge, thank you. It’s been a privilege to be part of the journey. Keep pushing, keep questioning, and never stop learning. This feels like the right moment for me to take a step back and focus on what comes next. I’ll be spending some time over the coming months with family & friends, while also exploring a small number of opportunities at the board and advisory level, alongside potential investments.”
Dennys also added that over the two years with Game Lounge, the company was able to restructure around its main strengths, expand into new international markets, and establish a strong foundation for the future.
Game Lounge announced that, effective immediately, Jonas Cederholm will step up as Interim Chief Executive Officer, bringing strong industry knowledge and connection to the company’s vision.
