The Delaware Lottery has selected RSI to operate its gambling offerings.

RSI will soon be taking over the operations of the Delaware Lottery’s gambling offerings, which were previously run by 888 Holdings. Back in May, the latter decided to bring its contract with the lottery operator to a close, which left RSI as the only bidder to work with the Delaware Lottery.

RSI’s CEO, Richard Schwartz, commented:

“We are delighted to be working with the Delaware Lottery to power their gambling offerings. This collaboration is an excellent milestone for our company, as working with a state-backed gambling operation is a further testament to the quality of our products. We will be utilizing our experience from working in Delaware and its neighboring states since the early days of their regulated gambling markets to provide local gambling enthusiasts with top-quality experiences.”

Delaware Lottery’s Director, Helene Keeley, remarked:

“RSI has solidified itself as a leading and innovative online gambling firm. We were quite impressed with our new partner’s performance in our neighboring jurisdictions, along with their commitment to delivering engaging yet safe and responsible gambling experiences to its players. We are quite eager to collaborate with the team behind RSI to continue offering top-quality gambling experiences to our players.”

The contract between the two entities will have an initial term of five years, which the two will be able to extend one year at a time for another half a decade in the future.
