Sportradar and FanDuel collaborate in a key affiliation deal
Multinational leader in sports data supplying – Sportradar, and American sportsbook and fantasy sports-focused iGaming operator – FanDuel, have signed a key coalition.
The key strategic affiliation deal signed by the leading sports data supplier and the daily fantasy sports expert will see a continuation up until 2028.
The main principle of the strategic deal between the two is the fact that Sportradar is going to become FanDuel’s official supplier of sports data and analytics, which means the two will be working in a team all throughout the main major sports evens in the span of the next 7 years, including the NBA, NHL, etc.
Moreover, the affiliation will see FanDuel obtain access to Sportradar’s full selection of exclusive pre-match and live sports tools, that include various betting widgets, live game trackers, and much more.
According to FanDuel, the agreement will open a new opportunity to boost in-play gaming engagement across its platform, as it currently makes up a good half of the company’s sportsbook.
FanDuel’s GM – Niall Connell, highlighted in his statement:
“With the help of Sportradar, we are sure to further engage our in-play sports betting audience, and enter promising sports betting markets much more seamlessly.
We are hoping for more years of smooth and mutually agreeable and beneficial collaboration with Sportradar.”
Sportradar’s CEO – Carsten Koerl, also weighed in his comments about the key agreement:
“From both of our ends, we have well established our presence in the iGaming industry as highly competitive and ambitious brands that are constantly coming up with innovative issues and one-of-a-kind products.
This key partnership only further proves Sportradar’s reliability and role in the sports data providing scene, and we are excited to continue working with FanDuel – an equally competitive and high-rank name in the industry.”
