Organized by SOFTSWISS, the sold-out debut event brought around 1,500 technology and iGaming professionals to Warsaw on 10 September.
More than 40 speakers took the stage across three tracks: Vision, Solution, and Experiment, with representatives from over 25 iGaming companies and 17 partners in attendance. The event created a meeting point for operators, technology providers, and experts working across AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product development, and high-load systems.
SOFTSWISS showed its approach to AI-assisted development
SOFTSWISS used the summit to give attendees a closer look at how the company applies AI inside its own software development process. In “From Idea to Verified Change: Rethinking the SDLC with AI,” Illia Slepau, Software Architect at SOFTSWISS, presented the company’s internal Orchestrator, built to coordinate AI agents across the development process while keeping validation and approval with human teams.
For technology teams, this means less time spent coordinating AI-generated work while keeping control over code quality. For the business, it shortens the path from an idea to a verified software change.
Technology lessons from Tesla, Shazam, and iGaming
The programme connected strategic technology questions with cases already tested inside global technology companies and iGaming businesses.
Javier Verdura, Global Director of Product Design at Tesla, shared his experience building teams with stronger ownership and accountability in “Building High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla.” Dhiraj Mukherjee, Co-Founder of Shazam, examined leadership through major technology shifts in “From Shazam to Generative AI: Why the Biggest Technology Shifts Always Look Impossible.”
Igor Borzunov, CTO at Maincard, presented “From 3 AM Pages to 30 Seconds: Building an Autonomous AI Ops Agent,” showing how his team used an autonomous AI operations agent to bring incident reaction time down to 30 seconds. Alexander Krivetsky, CTO at BGaming, presented “AI-Powered Fraud Detection System: From Idea to Production in Just 3 Months,” covering the three-month process from data preparation and model training to integration and getting the system production-ready.
Experts from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Google, Gcore, Fastly, ScyllaDB, Coralogix, and other technology companies brought experience from outside iGaming, with sessions addressing production AI, infrastructure, security, observability, performance marketing, and real-time systems.
The exchange continued away from the stages, as operators, technology leaders, engineers, and partners used the summit to compare approaches, discuss shared technology challenges, and build connections across companies and sectors.

Tech Race Summit to return to Warsaw in 2027
Tech Race Summit was created to give technology a more prominent place in an iGaming event calendar often centred on commercial growth and regulation. Its first edition connected iGaming experience with expertise from companies working on AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, high-load systems, and global digital products.
Following the sold-out 2026 edition, Tech Race Summit will return to Warsaw in 2027.
