After the closure of the Mirage Hotel & Casino on July 17, the Treasure Island Hotel & Casino is expected to accommodate former customers who will benefit from a number of exclusive deals.

Mirage Hotel & Casino located on Las Vegas Strip shut down yesterday at 11 a.m, following the down of curtains to mark the farewell event.cIt definitely symbolizes a new beginning for this mega resort.

But as it closes down today at 11 a.m., it’s not the end of an era since It will be replaced by Hard Rock Hotel & Casino with Guitar Hotel Las Vegas’ tagline changing. 

So, those who are used to strolling at Mirage since they were its guests or habitual gamblers can find themselves relaxed within Treasure Island Hotel and casino bearing in mind that they are still appreciated during this period.

Exclusive deals

For all former Mirage guests a special offer will be available from April to October and from Monday to Thursday. They will have  2-for-1 cocktail vouchers at check-in, room discounts of up to 35%, and $50 pool cabana credits available.

This hotel has nearly three thousand guest rooms that include various eating places within Curque de Soliel Mystere shows with shopping malls available that provide guests with most significant purchases as well as night clubs.

The new hotel, announced in May 2024, will feature a guitar-shaped building nearly 700 feet tall. Once The Mirage closes, the transformation will begin, doubling job openings and creating over 2,500 construction jobs.

Hard Rock will offer $80 million in severance packages to employees who stay until the closure. The rebranding started after Hard Rock International acquired The Mirage from MGM for $1.07 billion in 2022.
