UAE could expand its market with four additional casinos
Jim Murren, the Chairman of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority, expressed that there is a possibility of having four land-based casinos in the UAE over a period of ten years.
During his talk at the Skift Global Forum East, Murren stated that the opening of two casinos inside integrated resorts would take place within five to ten years.

UAE could potentially be the new regional center for integrated resorts and entertainment, with the international operators’ growing interest and a careful and regulated strategy.
