UKGC suspends In Touch Games license
In Touch Games has recently had its UKGC license suspended by the regulator.
The regulatory authority stated in its latest announcement that it has chosen to suspend the operator’s gambling license as it investigates the firm’s operating procedures and actions for any breaches of the United Kingdom’s gambling regulations.
The Gambling Commission mentioned that the initiation of its investigation into In Touch Games followed concerns that the company may have carried out certain activities without following the country’s gambling laws and the terms and conditions of its local operating license. The suspected breaches occurred in the areas of reporting, AML, and the operator’s general terms and conditions.
Additionally, the UKGC mentioned in the announcement that it has told the operator to focus its resources on treating its user base in a fair manner throughout this suspension period, ensuring that its customers remain informed of any potential effects of the situation.
In Touch Games operates just under a dozen online gambling brands in the United Kingdom. The Gambling Commission mentioned that In Touch Games’ player base can contact the firm on their websites directly to facilitate the withdrawal of their funds.
