Aristocrat Leisure has confirmed the exit of its interactive white-label business, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Trevor Croker announced the news during the company’s annual general meeting in Sydney, where he revealed the exit was the result of negligible profit and internal return hurdles.

Croker said:

“We’ve continued to review portfolio returns and industry dynamics to optimize our positioning. We are planning to exit the white-label business in interactive, which largely operates in the UK and Europe, with an expected completion within this financial year. This business contributed $36 million of revenues to the interactive result in FY25 but generated negligible profit and does not meet our internal return hurdles.”

The CEO added:

“We undertook significant foundational work in FY25 to position the business for sustainable, long-term future success. We are fully focused on delivering the high-quality performance and growth you rightly expect from us, and we are confident we are capable of delivering.”

Aristocrat’s white-label division signed its first UK deal in August 2024 with Vickers.Bet, supplying its iGaming and sports betting content to the operator.

Overall, Croker described 2025 as a successful year for Aristocrat, as the company saw an 11% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching $6.3 billion.
