Italian sports betting operator – BetEnt, has secured Dutch iGaming market entrance through a deal with B2B provider of sports betting services – Kambi Group Plc.

BetEnt secures market entrance into Netherlands as the Dutch gambling market is officially set to open tomorrow (October 1st, 2021), BetEnt being among the first 10 gambling operators, including Holland Casino, Bet365, Tombola, and others, to have obtained certification to enter the newly regulated market.

Through this long-term partnership between Kambi and BetEnt, the latter will see its BetCity.nl platform branded across the newly legalized gambling market of Netherlands, utilizing Kambi’s sports betting solution.

Moreover, the B2B provider will also be supporting BetEnt promote responsible gaming, compliance, and integrity in sports in the Dutch market.

The CEO’s of both companies (BetEnt – Melvin Bostelaar, Kambi Group – Kristian Nylén) highlighted the pleasure to be entering the newly regulated market since day 1 through this partnership.

Nylén further explained:
