During its earnings call for Q2 2026, BetMGM shared that the company’s revenue increased by 3% year-on-year, reaching $711 million, while adjusted EBITDA stood at $74 million.
The EBITDA results represent a decline compared to 2025’s $86 million, pushing the company to keep its full-year guidance of $300-$350 million in adjusted EBITDA but expecting the number to be on the lower side. Additionally, full-year revenue is set to reach between $2.9 billion and $3.1 billion.
The company saw 8% growth in the iGaming sector, bringing in $483 million in quarterly revenue, while net gaming revenue per active player rose by 7%. Management shared that the iGaming business makes up almost 70% of BetMGM’s revenue, thanks to constant game releases.
The online sports betting business, on the other hand, remained flat with $228 million in revenue, although net gaming revenue per active player grew by 9% and handle per active player increased by 11%.
CEO of BetMGM, Adam Greenblatt, commented:
“While our industry faces regulatory complexity and an increasingly competitive environment, we remain agile and committed to our strategy that is delivering sustainable and profitable growth. Looking ahead, we will continue to prioritize our areas of strength, in particular leveraging our market-leading iGaming offering across multi-product states, our omnichannel advantage in Nevada, and serving our higher-value customers. These strengths, combined with our disciplined strategic execution, underpin our confidence in the long-term outlook of our business.”
Addressing some of the biggest challenges that the company faces, Greenblatt added that the rise of prediction markets and consumer discretionary income had a strong impact on the business.
