Bragg Gaming sees 12% Q2 2026 revenue decline

Bragg Gaming has announced its second-quarter earnings for 2026, stating that the company’s revenue fell by 12% to $26.1 million, compared to 2025’s $30.6 million.

Adjusted EBITDA for Q2 came in at $4 million, remaining flat, while the adjusted EBITDA margin improved from 13% to 15%. Additionally, net loss increased from 2025’s $2.1 million to $3.3 million, but operating loss narrowed from $2.6 million to $2.1 million.

CFO of Bragg Gaming, Robbie Bressler, explained:

“We are seeing more pressure on revenue. With our cost-cutting measures, we have been able to keep our EBITDA margin within what we had thought the business would be performing at.”

Non-executive chair of Bragg, Matt Davey, added:

“The restructuring executed this year is a start, not a destination. Progress will be measured in cash generation in the short term, and revenue growth over time, and the Board will hold the business to that standard.”

Looking at specific regions, North America’s proprietary content revenue jumped by 44%, thanks to strong performance in the United States and Canada; however, revenue in the Netherlands dropped by 14% year-on-year because of legacy turnkey contract roll-offs.

With the latest acquisition of Drayton International, Bragg has also chosen to withdraw its previous full-year revenue guidance of  $112 million to $120 million, as it doesn’t have enough operating history for the now-combined company.
