CDI has recently opened the doors to its latest venue in Louisville, Kentucky.

The new establishment is named the Derby City Gaming Downtown, which features an area of almost 4 thousand square meters and cost the company around 90 million dollars to build. The new venue is also the sixth one of its kind for Churchill Downs, with its primary offering being a collection of 500 high-quality historical racing terminals. These HRMs feature unique themes that are highly sought-after by local betting and sports enthusiasts, enhancing the venue’s appeal.

The new establishment will also offer its patrons a selection of top-notch dining and beverage options, including a sports bar featuring the property’s retail sportsbook, a dedicated area for bourbons and cigars, and a wine bar that further contributes to the property’s atmosphere.

Additionally, CDI mentioned that the establishment features a unique 3-dimensional display on its facade, which is one of the first ones of its kind in the region, greatly enhancing the venue’s appeal from the outside.

Lastly, the company stated that throughout the venue’s construction process, it generated 400 jobs, with the finalized venue due to host more than 150 long-term positions.
